Marc Mamiye owner and sole inspector of Pilot Inspections LLC., is a hard-working home inspector with an extensive background in radio control product development and design. Before pursuing a career in the inspection business, Marc founded and ran the "Parkflyers RC" and "Jetset Models" Brand Names, that produced and imported Radio control Airplanes, Helicopters and Drones for the past 19 years.
When it was time for a career change, the home inspection industry was clearly the right fit for Marc. As a home inspector, Marc gets to put to use the skilled concentration, attention to detail, and work hard ethic developed during his time in running his company. More importantly, he continues to work in an occupation in which he gets to help people with his technical knowledge, which has always been his natural calling

Marc has always had a curious nature and a desire to work with his hands. In the Hobby Industry, he was no stranger to frequent challenge of engineering and designing products for the finicky american consumer. He had taught himself a lot about how a home works and needs to be maintained or repaired well before becoming an inspector. He has a thirst for knowledge and frequently seeks out new training courses (CEU Courses) or educational materials in an effort to be the best inspector he can be.
